My stay at this hotel was a great experience. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, from the lobby to my room. The hotel had excellent facilities including comfortable and spacious rooms. Although I did not have a vehicle, the hotel provided adequate parking spaces for guests. This made my stay convenient. The hotel is centrally located, and I was able to explore this beautiful city with ease. The staff were friendly and offered excellent services during my stay.

My Easter stay was a great experience! the hotel had a fantastic location, just a stone's throw away from the city center. I really enjoyed the friendly staff and their willingness to help arrange for activities and tours of the area.

It would have been much easier to use a key card.

the room was clean and comfortable with a nice big bed and the hotel restaurant had decent food and drinks. I also appreciated the hotel's willingness to be flexible with my reservation when I had to cut my stay short. the location was convenient to local attractions and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel entrance was a bit difficult to manage with a key, but it didn't detract from my overall experience.

The hotel had a very nicely decorated lobby, full of festive Christmas decorations that helped set a cozy and joyful atmosphere. The room was large, with comfortable furniture and a beautiful view of the nearby park. I also really appreciated that the hotel was located in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to some of the best restaurants and shopping areas.

My experience at this hotel was quite overshadowed by the poor customer service. Staff members seemed indifferent to any issues I brought up, and I found that very frustrating.
